Power brake conversion kit for the Jeep CJ-5 and CJ-7. This kit includes 8" zinc dual diaphragm booster, 1 1/8" bore (Disc/Disc) cast iron dual reservoir master cylinder with 2 ports 9/16" & 1/2" ports, left side ports only. Powder coated black firewall bracket assembly. Fits:

  • 1976-1983 Jeep CJ-5
  • 1976-1986 Jeep CJ-7
  • 1981-1986 Jeep CJ-8 

Note: **On most V8 engines the air cleaner will have to be changed to a smaller one. Double check clearance before ordering or be ready to change out air cleaner.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
