This is a new part. It replaces the existing engine mount attached to the frame on the drivers side. It allows for a Saginaw style steering shaft to be used. This part is needed to convert from typical Ross steering to the improved Saginaw style steering (manual or power) on the 225 engine. Superior strength and construction and made in the USA. Pre-located mounting holes for attaching to frame are provided, but will require matching holes to be drilled in the frame. Can be welded along bottom edge after final fit. Requires a 7/16 bolt, nut, washer and 3/4 inch spacer. Can also be used on passenger side. Fits-

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
