Another hard-to-find original Willys part—the carburetor heat shield! These are made by Vintage Jeeper. If you’ve ever battled carburetor heat soak, you know how frustrating it can be. On vintage Jeeps, the carburetor sits directly above the exhaust manifold, which transfers a tremendous amount of heat upward. Flat-style shields don’t solve the problem—they trap heat under the carburetor and turn into a hot plate. The original Willys design used angled sides to redirect heat away, and that’s exactly what we’ve recreated—only stronger and better. Made in the USA.

  • Made from 300-series stainless steel for long life and excellent corrosion resistance
  • Extra-thick construction compared to the factory version for improved rigidity and sealing
  • Correct bore opening for unrestricted airflow

Wagon wiper motor conversion

The unit bolted right on and lined up with the cable assembly side prefect and has just the right amount of windshield sweep. When the motor is turned off , the blades continue to the bottom of the windshield before motion stops. The motor , switch and wiring are top quality. .

Disk breaks in a Willy’s!!!!

These are amazing!!! I have owned a few Jeeps but have never had one that disk breaks, the calipers are great and the rotors are heavy duty, if your in a Willy’s you need these!
