Intermediate shaft; 1-1/8″ diameter for the Dana 18 transfer case. This shaft is made right here locally in the U.S.A. It is made out of heat treated tool steel, and guaranteed to Rockwell at or above 62. All shafts are Rockwell tested in house. The shaft also has two O-ring grooves to give it extra sealing against oil leaking. Fits:

  • Willys M38 (1950-1952) w/ Dana 18 Transfer Case.
  • Willys M38-A1 (1952-1963) w/ Dana 18 Transfer Case.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .

Wagon wiper motor conversion

The unit bolted right on and lined up with the cable assembly side prefect and has just the right amount of windshield sweep. When the motor is turned off , the blades continue to the bottom of the windshield before motion stops. The motor , switch and wiring are top quality. .
