Intermediate shaft; 1-1/4″ diameter for the Dana 18, Dana 20, and Dana 300. This shaft is made right here locally in the U.S.A. It is made out of heat treated tool steel, and guaranteed to Rockwell at or above 62. All shafts are Rockwell tested in house. The shaft also has two o-ring grooves to give it extra sealing against oil leaking. Fits:

  • Jeep CJ-3B (1953-1968) w/ Dana 18 Transfer Case; w/ 1-1/4″ Intermediate Shaft.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
