Quality steel constructed hood hinge reproduction for your late CJ-2A Willys Jeep. Attached to vehicle at the base of hood to connect to cowl or upper part of the vehicle's frame near the windshield. The hinge is mounted to the underside of the hood, allowing it to pivot when the hood is opened or closed. Alternate part number CHA016. Fits:

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
