Lift Kit, 2", 1946-1964, Willys Station Wagon

We are proud to offer a complete 2" lift kit specifically designed for the 1946-1964 Willys Station Wagon and Utility Wagon. Unlike universal lift components, this kit was developed specifically for the Willys Station Wagon platform to provide the proper stance, ride quality, and durability.

We spent months developing and testing the spring specifications and matching the correct components to create a mild lift that looks great while maintaining a stable, comfortable ride. The springs are constructed from high-grade steel with heavier spring material to maintain their arch and provide long-term durability.

The 2" lift provides enough clearance to run up to 32" tires without additional modifications. Stock wheels can be retained, and longer brake hoses are not required for a standard installation.

This is a complete, one-stop lift kit with the springs, shocks, shackles, U-bolts, and hardware needed for installation—eliminating the hassle of trying to locate individual, hard-to-find suspension components.

Kit Includes

• Four new 2" lift springs – Made in the USA with pressed-in bushings installed where applicable.
• Gas-charged shocks – Selected to provide a stable, comfortable ride. We do not recommend typical off-road shocks for normal driving because of their firmer ride characteristics. Rancho off-road shocks are available at an additional cost.
• Four new shackle kits – Complete front and rear replacement:
  • Front springs use 916646 shackles.
  • Rear springs use 928763 shackles.
• Eight new U-bolts with washers and nuts.

Installation Notes

Brake Hoses: Longer brake hoses are not required with this kit. The vehicle is only being raised approximately 2" beyond stock ride height. Stainless-steel braided brake hoses and additional lengths are available separately for custom applications.

Front Shackles: This kit uses the later-style silent-block front shackles. If your Wagon currently has the early threaded-style shackles please contact us.

Inspect Your Existing Hangers: Before installation, carefully inspect all shackle brackets, spring hangers, and spring-eye pivot bolts. We have encountered original hangers that are worn beyond serviceable limits and require replacement.

Replacement pivot bolts are available separately:

Lead Time & Shipping

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks lead time before shipment. The springs are made to order.

Shipping is included in the price of the complete kit.

Because of the size and weight of the components, the kit ships in five separate packages:

• Each of the four springs ships individually with its own tracking number.
• Shocks, shackles, U-bolts, and remaining hardware ship together in a fifth package.

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
