Unlike many competing kits, this conversion utilizes massive 12-1/4" vented rotors measuring 1-1/8" thick, providing superior heat dissipation, improved braking performance, and increased durability. The specially machined rotors are designed to slide directly over your existing hubs, eliminating the need to replace hubs during installation.
Our exclusive USA-made caliper brackets position the calipers for maximum clearance while eliminating the grinding often required by other conversion kits. The design tucks the caliper closer to the axle, helping improve wheel clearance and simplifying installation.
Our standard kit features brand-new loaded GM-style calipers with large 2-3/4" pistons for increased clamping force and excellent stopping performance. These are new calipers—not rebuilt units—and replacement pads and service parts are available at most local auto parts stores.
For customers wishing to retain original wheels, we now offer a low-profile caliper option designed to provide additional wheel clearance compared to the standard big bore setup.
This version is intended to fit behind many factory 15" and 16" steel wheels without requiring wheel spacers. While wheel designs, backspacing, and manufacturing variations prevent us from guaranteeing fitment with every wheel, many customers have reported successful installations with no clearance issues and without the need for spacers.

Big Bore GM Caliper version is designed to clear most aftermarket 16" wheels.
Big Bore GM Caliper version will not clear most 15" aluminum wheels.
Clearance with factory and aftermarket wheels varies by wheel design and backspacing.
Stock wheels may require 1-1/2" wheel spacers when using the Big Bore Caliper.
Stock 16" steel wheels may require 1" wheel spacers when using the Big Bore Caliper.
Low-profile caliper option may eliminate the need for spacers in many applications.
Existing hubs are reused; bearings and races are not included.
Bearings and races are available separately if needed.
If additional wheel stud length is required, use Part Number 945451.
If wheel spacers are being used, longer wheel studs may be required. Use Part Number 610080.
