This steel crafted seat frame is designed to provide structural support for the passenger side (RH) of the vehicle. Engineered for durability and precision, it enhances the stability of the seating area. These are just like the original frames with proper bends in the tubing. Finished in red primer. Alternate part number MSA014. Fits:

  • 1952-1966 M38A1.
  • 1955-1971 Jeep CJ-5.

Note: For the CJ-5, the seat frame brackets on the floor will need to be repositioned.

I took a gamble on these because I needed them for my dana 300.... luckily they are the exact same dimensions. So if you need shift rail interlocks for a dana 300, these will fit.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .

Cj5 pass. seat frame

The frame is solid and is easily adaptable to fit other “custom” or other year body styles. It will fit my “65” cj5 body very well.
