Checkout this dual reservoir master cylinder conversion kit with remote reservoirs. This kit work with drum brakes and our disc brake conversions. This unit is a direct-fit replacement for the original single master cylinder, which used two through-bolts on the factory frame mount. Unlike current dual master cylinders on the market—many of which require extensive frame cutting and the removal of the factory bracket to install their bolt-on replacements—ours installs easily with no frame modifications needed. There's no bellhousing clearance issue, no more awkwardly filling the master cylinder from underneath, We've collaborated with top vintage Jeep enthusiasts to develop a sleek, easy-to-install design that’s not only user-friendly but also fully rebuildable. These were designed by Vintage Jeeper and tested by Vintage Jeeper.
Note: This is meant to replace the 805223 later style master cylinder, not the A556. You can install this kit only earlier Jeeps from 1941-1948 but you will have to modify your mounting location and index one of the fittings. The new dual reservoir master cylinder needs to be moved forward by about 1/2" and new holes will have to be drilled in the frame, we will also need to index your fitting for you.
