Replace those worn out seats with our replacement low back non reclining seat. This front seat is constructed of durable automotive grade vinyl. This seat is designed for older Jeep restoration projects and uses the original mounting hardware on late CJ Series. Commandos and early CJs will require you to drill a new hole in the seat to use existing hardware. Sold individually. Fits:

  • 1967-1971 Jeepster Commando.
  • 1972-1973 Jeep Commando.
  • 1955-1986 CJ Series

I took a gamble on these because I needed them for my dana 300.... luckily they are the exact same dimensions. So if you need shift rail interlocks for a dana 300, these will fit.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .

jeepster seat

was almost exactly as the original the original had a gap between the back and lower section all in all a great seat. I did have to drill and tap 2 holes to match my brackets no problem there.
