Heavy duty front or rear shackle kit, 2 kits required. These are for 2 1/2" wide springs. This is a lift shackle that provides 1-1/2″ lift; Includes 4 shackle plates w/ bushings and hardware; 5-1/4″ from bolt hole to bolt hole.  Fits:

  • (1967-1973) Jeepster Commando and Commando, rear springs only.
  • (1976-1983) CJ-5
  • (1976-1986) CJ-7
  • (1981-1986) CJ-8

I took a gamble on these because I needed them for my dana 300.... luckily they are the exact same dimensions. So if you need shift rail interlocks for a dana 300, these will fit.

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
