Brand new hi-torque mini starter, 12 volt. Replaces the MZ-4137. If your starter is having trouble turning your 4-134 over this is your solution. This starter uses a Denso gear reduction and a 1.2 KW motor. Measurements: 124 tooth ring gear, hole to hole 4.55" and center hole 3 1/8". Made in the USA. Fits:

  • 1946-1953 CJ-3A with 4-134 L Head engine for MZ-4137 starter placement.

Wagon wiper motor conversion

The unit bolted right on and lined up with the cable assembly side prefect and has just the right amount of windshield sweep. When the motor is turned off , the blades continue to the bottom of the windshield before motion stops. The motor , switch and wiring are top quality. .

The pieces are well made and fit well. That said, I was a bit disappointed that the metal wasn't straighter. I'm doing a show truck and had to do some work to make them look well. I'm Very happy to have found the scarce parts, thank you.

A little extra length helps a LOT!

Trying to re-hang the rear leaf spring with an add-a-leaf helper on my 67 commando wouldn't have been possible without the extra length on these u-bolts.
