New replacement windshield vent spring and handle kit. This is the windshield vent latch only. Must reuse old vent plate. The latch has the bracket that welds to the cover and the bracket is spring loaded like the original. Fits:

Good product, different application

Quality of part is solid. Delivery was faster than expected. I used this part on a Jeepster with an automatic transmission. The parts were listed for a Jeepster with a manual, but photos and lengths matched my vehicle. Hard to know what parts and mods have been made to a 53 year old vehicle .
