JeepsterMan has done it again with a new conversion kit. In many cases new generators are no longer available or they need to be rebuilt which can be costly and timely, this offers an excellent solution. A generator rebuild usually costs between $325-$375 and a new voltage regulator costs about $100. Add convenience and power with this new 6 Volt GM one wire conversion, 40 Amps. This kit is internally regulated and easy installation. Does away with your voltage regulator. Allows for one wire hookup between battery and alternator. New reproduction alternator and no core charge. Includes alternator, 2 brackets, 5/8" belt, 5/8" Pulley conversion, GM one wire plug, and instructions. 12 month warranty. We also offer a 12 Volt alternator conversion. Fits:

  • 1941-1957 Willys and Jeep w/ all 4-134 engines, L head or F head with 6 volt systems. Note: This is a negative ground alternator.

    Wagon wiper motor conversion

    The unit bolted right on and lined up with the cable assembly side prefect and has just the right amount of windshield sweep. When the motor is turned off , the blades continue to the bottom of the windshield before motion stops. The motor , switch and wiring are top quality. .

    Disk breaks in a Willy’s!!!!

    These are amazing!!! I have owned a few Jeeps but have never had one that disk breaks, the calipers are great and the rotors are heavy duty, if your in a Willy’s you need these!
