Meticulously engineered bracket & ratchet for vehicles with w/cane handle emergency brake. This assembly has the tube welded to the bracket, an attached spring and 2 bolts. Finished in black primer. This is the ratchet assembly that is used with the cane handle.

On CJ models and M38 it is bolted on the brace up under the dash and on the other models it is bolted to the emergency brake bracket on the left side of the vehicle. Alternate part number CRP083. Fits:

I did not get to use the point set I bought.

I did not get to use the point set I bought, but after installing them it indicated I needed a new distributor, which I bought from the Jeepster man. They will be setting in their box on a shelf in my garage until my children sell my estate. The new distributor wors great.

I’ve got brakes

The 1952 M38 I bought had set up for a few years. The brake booster was a rusty sludge mess inside. I bought a new booster, flushed the lines, and replaced wheel cylinders. All new parts worked great and replaced the originals easily. I can now stop… huge plus.
