1951 CJ3A at Mecum

Hey guys this is John at JeepsterMan. We're here at Mecum Chattanooga. We're going to talk about this CJ3A here briefly it has sold, as you can see. This one is a 1951. It's got the L head Go Devil four cylinder in it. As you can see this one has a uh an actual caption winch on it. You can see this vehicle's not completely original, it's got some stuff it's been modified and such and had the tow bar on it. But really a beautiful vehicle it's got beautiful paint we like the color on it. Let's talk about it briefly. This one has the three speed in it, the T90, you're gonna have the Dana 18 transfer case Dana 44 in the rear with 25 up front. Now you can see they've modified the interior in this one somewhat, with the seats and such which I don't really blame them because sometimes the seats are not that comfortable. This one did have vacuum operated wipers on it- does not have the wipers but you can see it has a vacuum wiper motor on it.

This one here as we go back, looks like the wheels they've kept original, 16 inch wheels on this one along with period correct tires on it.

Another cool option this one has this pto uh we were talking about the pto on the back here this one. The Willys script for the tailgate. These are not original but somebody's done that. Uh these covers aren't original. Just moving on up here.

You can see somebody's lined the floor in this one which really just isn't a bad idea it kind of seals the floors up on this thing.

And here's the front on the CJ3A but um, Jeepsterman- We do sell parts for these, we actually sell a lot of parts for flat fenders. People don't realize um, if you've got any questions or you're looking for parts for your CJ you can find us at thejeepsterman.com or you can email us sales@thejeepsterman.com. Thanks!
